Coach Doncaster

I had a fantastic experience with staff in a difficult situation. My bag had broken and was sorted out by the manager - good as new. With no fuss and they even cleaned my bag for me. Thank you so much for getting my best weekend go to bag back to me.

Well designed store. Staff were attentive and engaging. Excellent customer service overall.

I know this is NOT A+ top designer shop, but at least try to have a better staffs work there. Very Poker face, I felt sorry to interrupt their joyful conversation when I entered the shop. Poor knowledge about their products, the Indian girl surely not interested to help, the other Chinese was ok. Greeting? What greeting. They kinda preferred the shop to be remained empty so they can enjoy a laugh - to each other.

The team at Coach Doncaster are beyond amazing. Lu, Maggie and the staff always go beyond and above to ensure 100% efficient service are delivered. I always get value for my money and enjoy shopping at Coach Doncaster

Staff member (Asian lady) was extremely rude and gave us one word responses whilst staring us down. The lady then proceeded to grab a bag out of my hand which is when I just left... don’t come here.. go to the city for coach where we had a much more pleasurable experience.

I was there yesterday, due to Black Friday the store was busy which is understandable.I was about to purchase a bag but still want to see if there’s another one also suitable for me. And the staff Vivienne came to me with friendly tone and help me out with my needs, I can see she is new and a little bit shy but still delivered wonderful service! I was very happy to be served by her.However an Asian lady with white T-shirt kept interrupting us by asking Vivienne to serve another customers instead with the voice volume that I can clearly heard.After that Vivienne was doing payment and the lady came again! She ignored me and told my sales again that “be quick you are too slow.” Is it a suitable moment to talk to your staff in front of a customer? And is it a way you COACH trained your staff? No matter what I feel so uncomfortable and unacceptable, sales was doing well but the lady ruined it.

Lu was beyond helpful with my straps on a Coach bag. The service was amazing so thank you x

Imvery glad they've move to this location. Better parking and ambience.We were greeted with an original staff from the old location and he greeted recognised us and asked if my 6 yo remembers him, we do and immediately i knew it was a grwat night.Food presented well and always tasty. The coconut rice was just undercooked but they happily replaced it.I will return ( and quickly if they have ice kachamg ) soon.
