The owner, all the staff are wonderful. They know hair , and they explain everything and ask what YOU want... The best salon around. I 've tried others cause I live outside of Toowoomba now I know it's worthwhile driving an hour or so each way to get the best hair dresser s in the business. Thank you ladies... See you 4-6 weeks.

I have box bleached and dyed my hair more times than I can remember, my hair quality has gotten pretty bad because of this but jazy has always made sure I not only give the perfect colour everytime but also my hair comes out so much healthier and happier with each visitWouldn’t go anywhere else

Absolutely wonderful service! Very attentive and Brittani, explained alot about my hair texture and the best ways to look after it. In addition she really went the extra mile to make sure my hair looked amazing for my event! Have never been disappointed at Jazzy Lane, can't recommend them highly enough!

10/10 service.I visited Jazzy Lane for the first time today for a cut and colour and as soon as I walked in the door the staff were all so welcoming and vibrant. I felt comfortable the whole time I was there. Chloe did a wonderful job with my hair and definitely exceeded my expectations! I was absolutely stoked with the end result. She also gave me great advice on keeping my hair maintained. Thankyou so much Chloe! I very much look forward to returning again soon.

My oldest daughter decided to become a hair dresser for my youngest and gave her a lovely trim. My youngest also had blutac stuck in her hair. The jazzy lane staff where abouslety amazing and fixed it all with out having to cut to much off. My daughter loved that they where able to save her hair. Highly recommend these ladies.

Gay and the amazing team have made our life possible - I went 5 years with cutting my own hair, as I hated the experience so much - but now I have a 5yo, that also doesn't love the experience - until now. Gay and her sensory cuts, absolutely make this experience a great one for us. We love the family atmosphere, the attention to our specific needs and the beautiful people! And as soon as we can get back after COVID-19, we will be! :-D
