Been following Mikey since his days at Uncle Rocco's, through to Get Shorty, but glad he is back in Melbourne at Shorty Shorts. Great cuts if you're messing around with longer hair too like I am. Knows his stuff, great chat, great cuts.

Just arrived in melbourne like a month ago and imagine the anxiety to find a great barber at a new place you’ll be living in for a very long time. To my luck, after intensive reading for reviews, I found this shop owned by Mikey. He was a master of what he does, anyone who touched my hair back in my hometown doesn’t come close to what he did with my hair. He got into every detail on what I want with my hair, from the length to the fade he does is amazing to see while he’s doing it and a great guy all around. Totally going back for my haircut again at this place! Thank you mikey, appreciate it!

I travel all the way from Geelong so I can get Mikey to lower my ears. Once you find your barber, you don’t let ‘em go.

Mikey is a bloody legend and will have you leaving the chair looking fresh! If you’re north side (or not), you need to drop in make this your new local! You will not regret it!

Mikey is the best. Have used several barbers over the years and he is so consistent with his cuts. Shop is always tidy and makes you feel welcome. Do yourself a favour and give Shorty Shorts a go.

I’m a barber myself and I got cut up my Mikey, would recommend him to everyone he nailed my haircut and I have straight Asian hair which is notoriously hard to cut. Aesthetically pleasing store love the look. Go see Mikey.

First things first…. Greeted beautifully, the shop fit out is incredible and attention to detail is next level.It sets you up where you know the service matches the aesthetic.I don’t think my son has had a better haircut before.If you’re in the area, this is the place to go.They cover all service needs and have the same attention to detail to their haircuts.My son thoroughly enjoyed the process.
