I went to Sassi skin Spa three time within a month. The first time I wanted a particular pattern on my nails and I was told by Donna I'm sorry I don't know how to do that. That was a Thursday night then three days later two of my nails had fallen off so when I rang there Dianna (the manager) told me that you would have to pay to get the nail art done.I said no I shouldn't I should have been told the first time if she didn't know how to do it.Off I go again to get them fixed Dianna says to me Toba knows how to do the pattern and she will fix the others free of charge.Last night I'm opening a window and another one fell off.I ring up today and I get the owner (Adelle) she says you have to pay for the broken nail. Then she went on to say I did the others complimentary I couldn't believe it.Please learn from my mistakes and don't get your nails done from here.

I first walked into Sasi Skin Spa back in September 2020 looking for DMK products.At that time I was using Synergie and Dr Aspect I am 60 with slight rosacea and sensitive skin.Adele and Di have been simply wonderful. We slowly introduced DMK products over a short time and I have purchased what they recommended. My skin I feel has had a transformation. DMK products definitely give results and I can highly recommend the service.

After already being taken for a ride by many IPL/skin solution companies I was so hesitant about wasting more money on something that doesn't work. I recently had my first trip to Sasi Skin Spa and had a Bihaku skin treatment, it was absolutely glorious and super relaxing. My skin felt completely renewed afterwards, even my partner noticed my new glow! The girls really looked after me and made my experience really comfortable and enjoyable. I recently visited Sasi for a facial and had the most relaxing experience. Elena was very knowledgeable, and I appreciated the way she continued to explain the steps to me throughout the service, letting me know what each product was used for. The ambience was perfect, the music was relaxing and at a good volume and the lighting was very comfortable. My skin felt amazing afterwards, I will definitely be back again soon!

Deluxe pedicure was a mediocre job done.Chipped 30mins after,was not completely dry even over 2 hours and another was smudged.Had to buy a similar colour to do the fix up myself.A week later toes looked horribly feral. 1st and last visit for money well wasted on an expensive lesson learnt
