No rush.. you parcel will stay there longer than expected!

6am til 9am public availability, staff that answer the door looks genuinely disinterested in helping, which is strange given that the whole purpose of Aust post in a customer service organization.

Received a card informing me that my parcel was ready for collection at Walliston DC. Arrived at about 4pm only to be confronted with a notice that customer pickups were only available between the hours of 6am and 9am. This is a very inconvenient time for us older people to get there by and shows little consideration for your customers.If this service can not be provided during normal business hours then please advise the courier companies to deliver to, for instance, Lesmurdie LPO.I also suggest that people having deliveries made to the Lesmurdie/ Walliston area make sure it is not delivered to Walliston DC unless you are happy to go between 6am and 9am.Just Saying!

Hours listed are wrong. You can't send parcels where you can't pick them up the entire week unless before 9am.

Great, could not ask for better staff then even had a four legged friend to help out

Thanks for putting the wrong date on parcel docket,Oh thanks for wasting my time trying to pick it up from kalamunda, (which is what it said to do on docket after 1.30pm)Now we have to go out of our way to pick it up on MondayGreat idea ....... know the date when writing it down !!!!

Parcels always delayed going through thus depotParcel takes 2-3 days to come from NZ to kalamunda and 1-2 weeks to leave this depot
