Best waxing place in Melbourne. The team are always so warm and friendly, and it's super efficient and professional service. I've never had any issues after a treatment as they do such a great job. You get the impression that everyone there loves what they do and are very skilled.

Such a great experience - Nikki was so friendly and welcoming (and hilarious!). Made me feel so comfortable and was so quick and easy. The salon is super clean. All round a great experience - would definitely recommend!!

I had my first appointment here this morning with Nikki and what a delight. Salon is lovely, Nikki was fantastic and easy to chat with. All round ticks from me and will absolutely recommend to anyone. The hours are a huge plus too, you can pop in before or after work. I'll be back for sure.Came back today and again nothing but positivity. Nikki gave me a big welcome for the early morning, was super efficient while doing an amazing job. I'll be a new regular!

Such a wonderful place equipped with trained professionals, I booked with Nikki and reached early so Lee took over my booking and I was new to this place, I really was ok to try with anyone. Lee did a great job and I was free in almost 30-45 min as promised. Wonderful hassle-free service, I believe each and every staff here is well trained.EDIT: went again but this time I got some light rash/burn on my knee and underarm (even after 2 days my underarm doesn't feel ok). Not sure if it was the wax temperature or the weather outside that contributed to this. Though, the person attending to me was kind to always ask about the wax temperature and was very nice and friendly. Will give them another go next time to be sure of the services

I would not recommend them at all. I had my first Brazilian wax done with them a few weeks ago. The lady who was doing my wax made me feel vulnerable, she did not have any ounce of courtesy to explain to me what I was to expect with the procedure in fact the entire procedure was soo painful and I also got a burn. No after care was explained to me, in fact the owner was the one who told me of the aftercare when I was paying for the service. I emailed them my concerns and they turned the tables on me. Worst customer services. When a customer raises her concerns to you, try to be empathetic towards how she feels, it's already degrading having her legs spread out in a vulnerable procedure for a Brazilian wax, and you make her feel soo uncomfortable with you. I did have a subsequent wax after and it was the complete opposite with what I had here.
