I had a blown Tyre on the Motorhome and was running on a spare. I could not continue on without a replacement. Simone and Bruce have gone over and about to help me get back on my trip. They were patient on figuring out several options. I could have lost 4 days but I was back on the road in half. BIG THANK YOU.

This company must write there own reviews. I rang otr tyres for a price on a tyre and was quoted 330 dollars for tyre fitting and disposal of old tyre. Upon dropping off tyre for replacement I was then informed the cost was now 420 as the quote was performed by a new staff member. Even though I rang a second time to confirm it was correct tyre and price.(I have run a business for twenty years and a quote is a quote) . I did agree with them on price as they were the only maxxis dealer in Port Hedland. I picked up and paid for tyre and noticed the valve stem cover from rim was missing . I informed the employee who bought tyre out who went for a look and proceeded to tell me it's ot there. I said it was when I gave you rim and tyre. His reply was I'll ring u when I find it or pretty much get stuffed .

They fitted me in next day to flip 4 caravan tyres around. $16.50 per tyre which is a bit more than Tyrepower at Carnarvon ($10) but much better than everything in Karratha and Broome ($45-50). So price was good. And main thing was they could do it quickly! Job done ahead of schedule too and they checked the wheel bearings while there were at it. The tech was pretty serious looking but knew his stuff. Thanks very much!

VERY DISAPPOINTEDI had a wheel alignment done that tore the tread off 2 near new tyres in less than 500kms.It Was agreed upon with the manager (Bruce)that OTR would reimburse me for 75% the cost of a new pair however 3 months later and multiple emails I still haven’t been paid for the expense of the replacement tyres that I’m out of pocket for.***TRAVELLERS BEWARE ***
