7-Eleven West Ryde

Came here to buy petrol. Also decided that I wanted to buy 2 Krispy Kreme donuts, one for me and one for my partner. The cashier was putting out fresh donuts and gave me a box of four. He then gave me another box of four despite me being very apprehensive. And then he added another box of two oreo donuts. I was not given the chance to explain that I do not eat chocolate and therefore did not want the extra boxes as I couldn't eat them. When we got to the counter I asked how much it would be, he said 70 (40 for petrol, 30 for the krispy kremes) I told him I didn't really want to pay that and he said oh I've already put it on". Pushy staff so not great :/"

Worst 7 eleven. No toilets were provided even after purchasing more than $100 worth of petrol. The coffee station was disgusting and the cashier was rude and not paying attention to his job. Don't go there.

I get petrol here because I can use the fuel lock app and it's on the way home. It's usually on the cheaper side for petrol prices anyway. I also like how the area to get air for the tyres is easily accessible. However the attendant is rude and always taking on the phone and rarely was Thankyou. Also I'm not sure about the food safety as I saw the donuts being ha dled with I gloved hands by the staff.

The Slurpee machine is rarely working and when it does it usually only has 1 flavour

I hate to criticize this shop because it often has the cheapest fuels in the area.. but the fuel quality of this shop is beyond terrible. I usually get ~370km per 3/4 tank on 98 in ANY 7/11 but I barely clock 260 in this 7/11. Same story with my u91 - getting ridiculously low mileage at this 7/11. Perhaps the tanks down there need a good clean. Do yourself and your engine a favour and give this one a miss .. I personally use the one near Rozelle (west bound) or the Drummoyne one.I hope 7/11 looks into this one because I can't be the only one who feels that something is wrong here.

Great customer service but the girl on Wednesday morning needs more help as she is so busy with customers getting petrol and coffee and she is doing everything and another staff member to help her would be appropriate...come on 711 you make enough money to put on more staff...don't be stingy!!

My children visited this store a couple of times & the customer service guy over charged them big time on food items that have been purchased by other friends & family for a lot cheaper. A lot of the items don't have a price displayed on them, so this is how he thinks he can get away with it.Don't trust him & ask price before you buy. The guy is dodgy, ripping of children & pocketing it for himself.
