Great to see Woolworths Metro in Granville. This Metro is larger than the other Metros that I’ve visited. Good quality fresh food, deli, vegetables and fruit. This store is located 50 metres from Granville station - on the north side of the platforms. And located one block south of Parramatta Road. Open 7am to 10pm. Also open on Public Holidays. Parking located on the street and underneath the shopping centre - first two hours of parking is free. There’s a travelator connecting the carpark to the supermarket. This store is an excellent addition to the suburb of Granville. #Granville

Coffee is here great esp made my Sonu! The shop itself is disappointing as it doesn’t have that many options in terms of selection. But the convenience of being there close to the nail salon & the gym is great!

The shopping experience was good but there are no available trolleys every time I shop. There were some only on the early days of opening but to date are only baskets. I even asked the staff and they said they don’t have.

Chocolate milk was on the shelf as full price afyer its used by date. I then went to purchase dumplings from the freezer in which half the plastic sealed containers were opened. When I advised staff at checkout, she just looked at me and didn't say a word.

No trolleys at allThe cashier is always closed forcing you to use self serve checkout.And surprisingly all the staff are of the same race maybe abit of diversity would improve customer service and interaction.

Quick and small supermarket packing convince and range of products. Smart move Woolworths to express your supermarkets. Coffee isn't bad, odd to have on the go lunch and breakfast as well as sushi. The team here are always friends and helpful. Keep it up.

It's a metro Woolworth but still it has a lot of items. It has entrance from three sides.All racks are specified with particular categories.You can find each and everything of daily life from there.It has wheelchair entrance.3,4 staff members I saw mostly.

The range available for convenience foods are extremely lacking. BBQ chickens and hot foods are almost always out of stock as they get purchased quickly when they become available. Bread is always very low stock.In addition to these there are shelves and shelves dedicated to food" that I have not seen move in the months that we have been here."

Very bad experience with their fresh food items fruits and vegetables not fresh whenever bought something from there it went waste and very poor customer service also the staff like to stand free they closed their billing counter all the time and asked customers for self service if someone have kids with them and they hold stuff also how can we pay by self service
