We are extremely pleased with the whole process of obtaining replacement windows from Ikon. Right from the original quote to installation, we were kept informed. Our follow-up phone questions were dealt with promptly and with patience (thanks Doug!) Installation was made easy with Paul's expertise and very cheery personality. And the admin staff are very efficient and pleasant to talk to - thanks Ros. All in all, we love our windows and will be return customers for sure.

Absolutely top grade service from Ikon in Bunbury. When I called to ask for a quote we had Gavin here to do it within about an hour. The glass was ready when they said it would be and the two installers were on time and pleasant to deal with upon installation. Would definitely recommend them.

Ikon Glass of Bunbury responded expediently to a possible week-long delay in delivery to our home. Ikon's Manager, Doug, made the two-hour return trip ensuring we were able to secure our property. This was most appreciated as the delay was in no way Ikon's fault but that of a supplier. Quality, old-fashion service. Many thanks!

I was so happy with the quality of work carried out by Ikon Glass and the fantastic customer service I received. Their scheduling team provided detailed information regarding the site visit and their installation team were friendly and on time. I highly recommend Ikon Glass whenever you need to upgrade a shower screen or install new mirrors!!

Very rude. Sales person charged a call out fee of nearly 300 dollars, then refused to quote other than off the plan. Sales person accused us of conducting an illegal build despite all proper council and building approvals.

After having several disappointing quotes re fixing my security screen, I chanced upon Icon Glass. They were wonderful. Immediately reassuring, friendly, and came on the day i called to check the problem. Young man came the next day, fixed it, friendly and competent. I would heartily endorse Ikon, they saved me hundreds of dollars and were charming to boot
