I get my Galah & Major Mitchell's claws trimmed here. Amazing service! Jayde is so gentle, kind and patient, yet also super efficient. ❤️

Jayde was so welcoming and very professional, she is very experienced in handling birds and very reasonably priced. Pickles my bird got a DNA test and nails clipped and filed, he wasn't to fazed at all!

We brought our Senegal parrot to JC's for wing clip, nail clip and DNA test. This was Sweetpea's first trip away from home so we were a bit nervous how she'd react. No need to worry, Jayde is amazing!! The clips went without a hitch and Jayde had a magic touch when it came to taking a blood sample - not a peep out of Sweetpea :-)) Definitely will continue to go to JC's and recommend highly to anyone owned by a bird

My gcc had wing and nail trim, and there was no drama. For a change. Silent throughout the whole process. I will also Boarding Monti there when I go on a holiday.

While we were between houses which was a very stressful time and my ratty babies couldn't come with me they enjoyed a life of luxury while they were boarded at JC's Critter cave. I don't trust many people with my fur babies but they were so well looked after and I was updated frequently. Would highly recommend boarding your little ones at JC's.

Fantastic service, absolutely wonderful with our 3 birds and does a fantastic job with wing clips and nail trims, so fast and gentle. Always on time and flexible with appointments. If I ever get to have a holiday I would have no hesitation in leaving our feathered babies in her capable hands :)

Jayde is such a wonderful career for your little fur babies! She has reasonable and affordable rates, great and safe environments for the pets and she provides lovely care for your pets so you have no reason to worry! She takes care of my 2 piggy boys and they come back with freshly bathed and trimmed fur with lovely clipped nails! I absolutely recommend JC’s Critter Cave!! 5/5 stars easy!
