Bear with me whilst I tell you a story about a CAT and 2 dogs!We checked out hidden fences about 8 years ago and I was NOT a fan ...Fast forward to last year when we sold our farm and moved to 5 acres on the outskirts of Brisbane. With 2 dogs AND A CAT - yes, you read that right, A CAT, I was really concerned with how to make sure I kept the animals in our property - they were used to a lot of space. Also, I did not want them bothering the neighbours and had to keep them safe - they had no road sense as we never needed to teach them that on the farm.So I did some research, spoke to some people, and found Vance at Hidden Fencing. Right from our first conversation he was exceptional. Answered all my questions, explained everything. These guys installed the “Hidden Fence” in our property when we had a lonesome beagle who loves adventures. By adventures, I mean exploring anywhere out of our yard. She visited the local community board, our neighbours, streets over from ours. I was quite literally at the end of my tether and pulling my hair out. When I was home, I spent most of my time supervising her yard play, and when I wasn’t home I was stressing because I knew she couldn’t be contained. Until a neighbour mentioned a friend of his using this company. I was hesitant because I didn’t want it to “hurt” my dog. After one million and one questions to the gentleman who is in charge of the company, we established that it was painless. I even tested it on myself. Painless! I don’t remember the name of the person who installed it but he was great. Lots of reassuring and even training included for the dog to introduce her correctly to the boundaries. It worked a charm. Not an issue. We introduced a bull mastiff x to the family in January and put her on the collar for the fence and trained her to work with the fence as well. Viola! Unfortunately our cable was snapped in the February floods and we were back to the great Houdini and her bull mastiff mix sidekick. I got in touch to have the cable repaired. It was decently priced, super effective and was fixed in no time. Stressing about keeping the dogs safely contained is a thing of the past. They’re there at the front gate to greet me every single day. I have called these guys out a few times and for the fence repair and call out I’ve dealt with AJ, who has spent the time to readjust the collars, smooth out any of my concerns, educate me on my dogs and to prepare me for anything that may arise like the fact that my mastiff mix may need to go up another level if she tries to challenge the fence again. Not once have they faulted. All in all, I would highly recommend. Amazing!

We had a Hidden fence system installed before we went overseas, to give us peace of mind that our dog wasn't going to escape and chase the neighbours chickens while we were away! .Vance and co were very helpful and professional. We thought the price was very reasonable for our 1 hectare block. That's 9 years ago now, and we have had no issues, only changed the collar battery once, and Marla is very well contained. Vance even dropped a new collar off for us recently (we live close to the HQ) when the old one wore out. Absolutely recommend Hidden Fence!

We have had Hidden Fence for going on 14 years & couldn’t do without it. Vance & the team are very professional & with a phone call put through this morning about a broken line we had 2 staff members out this afternoon & fixed within an hour, great service! Would highly recommend.

We were recommended hidden fence for our two border collie x dogs, as we had tried almost everything to keep them in. We were prepared for this endeavour to fail (as everything else had) but decided to give it a go. The experience was so positive and the dogs learnt so quickly with the support provided. Our dogs now get to enjoy the freedom of our yard whilst also staying safe INSIDE it. Unfortunatelyfor them they no longer get to chase the neighbours horses, visit the town centre solo or swim in the neighbours dam.

Would have given 5 stars as product works well. However… we ordered a smart fence system, you delivered a faulty unit, my husband happened to see one of your guys 2 mins down the road from us, and got him to replace the faulty unit, but we were charged $80 call out fee?! That is not on! We should have never got sent a faulty unit in the first, if anything we should be charging you for the time we wasted on trying to train the dog on the faulty, Not happy!
