In short, we are absolutely delighted with the service. From day 1 we felt we were partnering with a highly competent company.We want to specifically mention Nicola Poole. Nicola is amazing. Firstly she helped us seamlessly through the set-up phase and provided timely and useful guidance to maximise our booking. Second, Nicola stepped in and acted as host. As host, her engagement with guests during the Christmas period has been exceptional. Every question or concern we had was resolved before even raising it with her. She is a 'can do' person with minimum fuss.Let me give you an example of her problem solving skills. The Council decided to cancel the recycling bin collection over the Christmas period! We had back to back to back guests and the bin was overflowing. I arrived one morning between guests to transfer all the waste to plastic bags and remove them from the site. To my delight and surprise the recycling bin was completely empty! I later learned Nicole had beat me to it!Short term rentals are all about customer satisfaction. Ihostme understand this. Nicola lives this!
