I have only praise for Melissa O'Driscolll from Hayden's Real Estate in Anglesea. Mel handled the sale of our property with enthusiasm, honesty, and courtesy to both myself as the seller and to the buyer, and she was available at all times for my queries. She negotiated a great price for us, and helped me throughout the whole process and the sometimes stressful settlement phrase.Thanks Mel, you were fantastic, and also the other members of the staff at the office. The͏ agent of choice in the areaWe interviewed 4 agents regarding our property and settled on Darcy. He wasn’t the agent with the highest appraisal but to us he demonstrated a sound knowledge of the local market and where it sits in these changing times.Darcy is very easy to work with, he communicates well and, we felt he was honest and up front with us.
