So thankful I found Amy, she is so gifted in what she does and it's always such a warm and relaxing experience. She is so good at hearing her clients and I've always come away happy and with healthy looking hair. Won't go anywhere else now.Ps. Don't skimp on the wash as it comes with a lovely little massage.

I just love the relaxing vibes this hair salon provides. It’s more than a haircut here; it’s an experience. I loved the drinks on offer and Amy did an amazing job on my frizzy curly hair. The head massage was one of the best I’ve had almost falling to sleep at the sink. I normally don’t like spending time in a hair salon but I had to leave this review. Thanks so much!

The best salon experience I’ve had so far. I’ve never felt so comfortable and at ease in a salon before, Amy is so knowledgeable and accommodating and Alice is so lovely and helpful too.I have a really bad toner allergy and I’ve had some bad experiences with salons in the past not knowing what to do for my hair when I want it lightened. Amy gave me so many options it was unbelievable! Definitely my favourite hair colour I’ve had so far, I love being a blonde and Amy got the perfect colour for me, she is truly a hair wizard! The little touches mean so much too, like the coffee and popcorn! Couldn’t recommend Northern Roots enough. Thank you for making my day!

Amy and Alice are fantastic! I get well treated always, and the first haircut I got there (wolfcut) got so many compliments that I had to get back for a second one! They are amazing professionals and treat you with the very same care and respect that they deserve, and that's a lot of care and respect! Thank you for the great chat and the amazing service!

Amy is absolutely amazing at what she does! She's creative and knowledgeable and you can tell she cares about her clients. The salon is a really nice, relaxing space and Amy is just lovely to sit and have a chat with while she works her magic. I've been getting my hair done by Amy for 2-3 years and I leave feeling amazing every time.. would definitely recommend!

Amy was amazing, her colour expertise is brilliant. My cut was the best cut I have had and I had a ton of compliments. She really understood what I wanted and the experience in the salon was so friendly and welcoming, I would recommend going to her.

After trying lots of salons over the past 3 years, I'm so grateful that I found this salon, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Amy loves her trade and is a gifted hair colourist and hairdresser in general. I've been 4 plus times and each time I've been treated extremely well, with care and attention. Amy is very knowledgeable about hair and the science that goes behind colouring, everything seems possible with her. I've been extremely happy each time I've left the salon. She's also a great listener, she reminds me of conversations that I have forgotten. She's one of the best in Sydney for sure.
