Essentially Body and Sole
I have been seeing Jo now for about a year and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I travel about 30 minutes in each direction to see her and it's worth it. She is an exceptional massage therapist and will combine remedial, deep tissue and cupping to suit your needs. I have also been seeing a Chiropractor but seriously, Jo does more for me than he does. She is such a lovely lady and makes you feel extremely comfortable. She even suggests different exercises when she feels it's appropriate. Very professional and always accommodating.

Jo at Essentially Body and Sole is truly amazing and highly skilled. I had the best remedial massage, ever. I suffer badly with chronic pain and at the end of the massage I leapt off that massage table instead of taking a solid minute to ease myself off a massage table. Don't bother going to a big massage chain, go to EBS instead. Jo is also skilled in reflexology, Reiki, and often uses cupping in her sessions. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Get yourself to see Jo at Essentially Body and Sole, you won't want to go anywhere else!!

Jo has been my massage therapist for several years and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a very caring person and highly skilled and I always feel marvellous after receiving one of her treatments.

Essentially Body and Sole
I have been seeing Jo for about 10 years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Her massage skills are second to none. Suffering chronic back pain for years, I tried so many different treatments, but since receiving reflexology, cupping and remedial massage from Jo, I no longer suffer the pain I once had. I feel so comfortable physically and emotionally when in Jo's caring hands.

Jo is just amazing!! She makes you feel immediately comfortable and is so skilled at what she does. I always come out feeling relaxed and my sore muscles feel a billion times better. Cannot recommend her enough!!

I have know this place from Google and see many good reviews.Then I tried and had a massage with Jo.Lovely lady and a professional massage therapist.She would apply all techniques that would heal your pain and make you feel relax at the same time.I would recommend to get 90 mins massage then you get a full body which a wonderful and valuable time.
