The customer service from these guys is absolutely phenomenal! Due to a series of unfortunate events, the repair of my technika oven outer glass (which I shattered in a comedy of errors) was delayed from December 2022 to January 2023, but the guy I spoke to made sure he offered every opportunity to get the service complete before the new year, and after realising technika had sent them the wrong size glass when a technician was able to come out, they got their hands on an complete new door for me and returned after the Christmas break to install it under the original quote. The guys at mastertech are super organised and unlike some of the other services I initially contacted for a quote that bumped me off because the glass needed to be ordered in (I was quite literally told to contact technika for the service instead by one group), they actually want to help you out! I could not recommend their service enough

They asked enough questions so that the problem was resolved without any technicians having to come out. 100% would recommend!

Had a fantastic experience with Master Tech, Vince gave me a courtesy call ahead of time, and arrived within the booking time and fixed my gas stove promptly. Professional and very friendly, would recommend this service to others. Also they charge a flat rate call out fee which is so much more reasonable than other companies that I got a quote from.

Very impressed with the service & expertise. Our old St George oven is no longer in production but parts were sourced & modified to get the oven going like new with no expensive component replacement required. We even got helpful tips on maintenance & cleaning from the very knowledgeable tech. Fantastic.
