Overpriced, my sliding doors are back to front so that the screen is on the inside - despite a number of conversations about locks and me saying that some dowling on the floor is the best lock ... when I complained they insisted that it was how they made their doors and was the most common method, 65 years on the planet and I have never encountered sliding doors with the screen on the inside (not to say that there are not some somewhere for some specific need) - they said something about weather (its undercover) and weather seals - all the workmen I have had do work on my property say that they are back to front. I ordered my doors and 2 windows (supposed to be double hung in the 'old' manner that they said they used, not, but I actually don't mind the single hung - wouldn't be opening the top windows anyway probably) in time for xmas so that my builder could have them in for xmas (2016), they (Hein & Sons - though I saw no one with that name) forgot to order the glass and so I didn't get them till I think it was about Feb (they were on holidays over Jan). Cost me $200 to have transported to my home (55kms away) thought that they would use the special trucks with the A frame - no, came on the back of trailer, after they delivered another load to a home in Casterton - good money. I would never recommend this company - after all the discussions we had about what I wanted and why (and I am descriptive with good communication skills) and way more than I expected them to cost - more than he had implied at the beginning. Try somewhere else or give up and do aluminium ...
