Avoid at all costs!! We are now looking at a 21 week wait from contract to installation for a walk-in-robe fit-out after the sales rep indicated ~10 weeks. First factory capacity and now installers! They take no responsibility and despite arranging all the installation will claim they are “supply only” (as they outsource installation). Of course they only pass on info about delays after taking progress payments. Biggest regret out of our whole renovation. Go elsewhere!

I booked Kinsman to have my kitchen done and got assured time frames 12 weeks. However this was the first lie.The installation people they use were booked out for 5 months .Delivery was confirmed in writing by them for this Friday but nothing. Now it might not be coming no confirmation from them and when l called them they couldn't confirm the delivery. The installation guy is supposed to be coming Monday and kinsman cannot be sure they'll be delivering this Friday. So 1 star is the lowest rating l can give it would be alot lower if possible. Unprofessional, unreliable and a joke.
