THE Shed Company ACT & Southern Tablelands

Damien at the shed company Canberrastrung me along for months and mucked me around for over 18 months. He took my money and did a highly unprofessional job. The foundations eroded at first rainfall He refused to make good, took my money and continued to make plausible promises/excuses without EVER doing the right thing. Stay away if you don't want to be ripped off. He gives the company a bad name.

Called three times before finally getting a hold of someone who could help only to be told by a rude man that they were extremely busy and would get back in touch later - that was two weeks ago and no contact. Customer service is terrible!. They clearly did not value my business. So I went elsewhere.

Great service! The whole team were very professional, so happy with the end result.

Horrible horrible customer service ! Took my money (thousands) and made excuses and refused to deliver the goods. Avoid Avoid Avoid. There are plenty of other shed and fence companies around - use a trusted brand. This is NOT one of them. If i could give a 0 star rating to these blatant rip off merchants - i would !

I can’t even get a quote from the company.Been to the shop twice now, “yeah, we’ll get back to you shortly” it’s been 5 weeks!Looking at other reviews, I should consider myself lucky.

Good bunch of honest, hardworking guys focused on getting a solid garage built as specified. Damien quality controlled the whole process through the various stages and was great to work with. Attention to detail in the build was great. Through my time as a customer I definitely saw improvement with their customer communication and service. For reasons I don’t really know - it was obvious they had transitioned to become a much more organised business. I’m really happy with the end result and will definitely recommend to family and friends. Love my new garage.

Great experience dealing with The Shed Company" in Fyshwick

Damian from Territory Decks & Outdoor Structures owns the franchise for the Shed Company ACT. Damien is entirely unprofessional and unethical. To be clear, the product they sell (Made by Steelx) is perfectly fine. However Damian in the middle is a nightmare to deal with. My 36 square meter shed literally took over 7 months to arrive and further delays meant it was over a year until it was finalised.Some of the nightmares included:Ambiguous plans leading to the excavation being done backwardsPoor oversight of the concrete contractor meaning the slab was poured too narrow at one endNot providing and refusing to provide a concrete apron included in the quotationThrough Damian was difficult to get a hold leaving disgruntled customers to deal with the poor person on the desk. When you could get a hold of Damian he would promise solutions, fail to deliver them and then deny any responsibility.I know that if you are reading this builder options are tight, but please avoid this dodgy operator.

These boys know their stuff... Recommend them to everyone

Do not waste your time with these amatuers, take your business elsewhere - The Shed Company Canberra do not respond to emails or phone calls - their professionalism stretches to owning an answering machine that they never check. I tried numerous times ( I even contacted the franchise HQ who also ignore emails and phone calls)
