What a great place to stay my wife & myself will go back here again oh & Jordy our little Jack Russell it’s all about pets .Host Russell & Pauline bloody fantastic people to meet We stayed in the kelpie great setup , bbq , fresh milk ,eggs & there is a cupboard full of treats for fur baby & it’s only 10 mins from Mt Gambier please if you’re going to Mt Gambier look these guys up it’s a 10 out 10 from meCheers Shane McNamara Williamstown Victoria

Loved everything about our stay at Pet Friendly Cottages. The accomodation was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The pillows were great quality and bed super comfy, which made my husband very happy! We loved the cute little touches for pets, like dog bowls and beds that I am sure made our fur baby feel very welcome! Russ and Pauline were lovely hosts who kindly let us meet some of their gorgeous animal. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Mt. Gambier!

My wife and German Shepherd dog have stayed twice in 2022 and back again early 2023. You could not get a better host or better property. The cottages are clean, well equipped and comfortable. We highly recommend this accommodation, you will not be sorry! Enjoy

The place is everything it says on the website and other online locations and way better.The hospitality and generosity of Pauline and Russ is fantastic.We stayed in Collie Cottage and the setup is brilliant. The cottage is spacious and has a wonderful wood fire if you need (it was a cold night) and also separate heating and aircon. We received a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates, plus supplies for breakfast. The dogs are given treats and their own bed.The gardens are superb for pets to play and super safe and secure so they can't get out.It is very close to the city of Mount Gambier which is good to see and very close to some terrific wine regions.Seriously, even if you don't have pets it is a great place to stay for the weekend or longer and send your friends. When we are back in the area we will definitely stay again.Thanks Pauline and Russ for a wonderful stay for all of us.

Pet Friendly Cottages were perfect for me, my husband and our two Labradors. The cottages are very clean and comfortable, and well stocked with thoughtful touches like wine and chocolates for us, and comfy pet beds and even dog towels for our Labs. The setting is absolutely beautiful and Russ and Pauline are very helpful. We will be back.

A great place to stay! 5 Stars PLUS!Easy, very friendly and helpful communication. The hosts could not have been more welcoming and kind. Our cottage (Kelpie Cottage) had everything we needed for our six night stay - including a nice big spa bath! The cottage was very clean and well appointed with aircon - and a warm log fire!! (One can’t get more relaxed than being before a real wood fire - especially when all the wood is provided!!)We came for the annual Kelpie Muster At Casterton, and found this a good place at which to stay, and then visit Mount Gambier.Our kelpie had a lovely time exploring the big secured area which surrounded our cottage and the other one - Collie Cottage).Truly dog friendly with dog beds, food and water bowls inside the cottage AND a “Pet Cupboard ” with gift treats!To top it off, the accomodation rates are truly excellent for a REAL Five Star place such as this!
