Our family is part of the gym and really love it here. Raf, the head coach is really attentive and patient but firm with the kids. He actually coaches, providing feedback and ways to improve (in contrast to some places which seem to just take your money). Great way to keep fit and learn some self defence at the same time.

Best place in Canberra to practice BJJ for adults and kids. Sensei Raphael is a star. If you want to be a high performing jiujiteiro it is definitely the place to be.
