Great customer service used there machine at grand plaza tonight for the little one and it didn’t give me the card rung up and spoke to someone Carnt remember his name but he refunded for both cards as I grabbed another one for lathe little one

Had a issue with not getting a 12x pack of Pokémon cards from the vending machine, however reporting the issue was quick and easy to do and was resolved within 24 hours, had our first response within 2-3 hours. The person we spoke with was super nice and helped us get a refund for the missing cards as it was a mechanical error if anything. Nice support overall!

Had an issue with cards being stuck in the machine. Called the support number and they quickly answered and addressed the issue with a refund. Also had good pulls from this machine so the packs are not weighed. Would recommend!

Personally i am vouching for Chris and team Pop Attack professionalism on resolving an issue I initially had with their vending machines, initially i was skeptical and wanted to give it a go, and i couldn't pay.I had connected with them via discord, informed Chris and it was resolve and got it sorted.I can also confirm the cards are original along with the value for money, is well worth and supporting a family owned business.I will be personally coming back again !!!
