We chose Custom Creations to build our 2 bedroom granny flat. Shayne and his team did the most exceptional job. They are professional, friendly and responsive. We have referred dozens of others to Custom Creations & will continue to do so!

Visited them however the lady at the front was discourteous to the level that she didn’t even offer a seat.She showed the way towards the displays outside and mentioned you can have a look.The name says Custom Creations, however they don’t do any custom work. Not visiting them ever again and don’t suggest them.

Best Ever Service from Shayne and his wonderful construction crew and Electricians. They certainly deserved us feeding them Scones and Coffee for Morning Tea. The end result building was fantastic. Highly Recommended Very Ethical Company. Rex

At first Custom Creations, Carol in particular, were great with answering our enquiries and helping us start the assessment process for our property. We paid for a desktop assessment and fire rating which I had to follow up on. We were wanting to move ahead with a sight inspection and were told it could be completed the following day, however, we received no confirmation of this. I called and emailed leaving messages and have had no communication since. We were disappointed as their designs and builds are lovely and we were looking forward to putting one of their granny flats on our property.EDIT: After this review I received a call from Carol who was very apologetic and explained the circumstances with lockdown, working from home and an overwhelming increase in workload. She offered a partial refund of the money we had paid for assessments, which we were grateful for. Carol was very friendly and professional and we thank her for being honest.

We had a deck built by the guys at Custom Creations. From the very start the whole experience was professional and painless. The quality and service provided by all involved was exceptional. Thank you guys. We will highly recommend you to everyone.Thanks againHelen and Steve

Have had a cubby from these guys for 5 years now and have just passed it onto my grandson. Great work guys a lick of paint and it looks like new again. Highly recommend these guys. Thanks Shane.
