Winning Services Head Office (Not Retail / Showroom)

This would have to be one of the best service experiences I've ever had. Jesse delivered my treadmill and although he was not able to install it on the day, due to needing more man power to navigate a tricky stairwell, Winning Services organised for another crew to come out and install it the following day. I actually didn't mind because it meant I got to experience this exceptional service twice! All four men who I had the pleasure of dealing with were friendly, polite, professional and were very careful and considerate of our property.

Delivered an oven to us on south coast - awesome communication and excellent service - put it exactly where we wanted and didn't even want my husband to help - would highly recommend

Craig delivered my Mattress in Auckland, New Zealand. I originally had by delivery booked for another day, and made changes at the last minute. Craig was very easy to deal with, on the day of the delivery I wasn't home and Craig made sure that I received my mattress without any hassles. So grateful for the fast, easy & reliable services provided. Will recommend to others.

Winning services are exactly that winners. Rod & his assistant delivered my fridge. They were helpful, polite, fun, kind, thoughtful, neatly dressed, smelt good :). We are STILL waiting for our washer and dryer to be installed after several failed attempts over the course of four days.This service has sent over unskilled workers to our apartment with either the wrong or missing tools and materials, requiring us to rebook several times. Ahead of these appointments, they have repeatedly delayed our installation time windows. They have never showed up when they said they were going to, and they have been unable to provide the service that we paid for. When trying to follow up, we’ve been put on hold for 15-20 minutes at a time.We wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone based on our experience.

Best delivery experience my wife & I have ever had. Rod & Jett are absolute legends and have the best service I have ever seen from any company or industry.I had half a sofa sent to me from the furniture company I ordered from. Rod & Jett spent time helping us to still try and assemble the sofa in a way that would still allow us to use it while we wait 3 months for the other half of the sofa. They also helped us follow up with the furniture company on the missing parts. They put in a superb effort despite the error not being in anyway their fault or responsibility.Kind, professional, polite, proactive and trying to make things easier for their customers. I just had a sofa delivered by Winning Services. I have never had such a good delivery experience. I had phone calls throughout the day to let me know when they would be there. They rearranged their delivery schedule when I couldn't be there earlier in the day. They gave me a 2 hr and 30 min window. They rang to make sure they were delivering to the correct location. And then they unpacked the item and took away the packaging.A total contrast to another delivery by a different delivery company on the same day who did not let me know they were coming and just left my delivery out in the rain.I have purchased from Winning Appliances before and it has been exceptional service. I was so impressed by Winning Services. I will be more likely to now purchase again from the company who used Winning for their delivery. I wish more companies would learn how to operate a business like Winning.

I had couple of fitness machines delivered and installed by Winning services. Awesome team did the perfect job. Precise timing no need to wait for whole day. Each time comes with 2 person to make the installation job done efficiently. Minimize the mess for home while installing and remove all packaging materials when leaving.All Perfect.
