I went into the store face to face and I was buying my new iPhone and they had to order it in but said it would be in on Monday and it’s now Thursday and my phone still hasn’t come and is frustrating me as the lady said I’ll be able to collect my phone on Monday and I have waited more then enough days and they are using the same excuses every time I call asking where my phone is

Absolutely useless. I have had multiple contacts with the Centre over the past 2 weeks with no resolution to my phone problems. Antonio Njeim (who was manager) gave out his business card with mobile phone - but said that he ‘didn't answer it’ - and he doesn’t. Nor does he return phone messages. The ethics of this ‘business’ is non existent. The girls on the switchboard are lovely but can only pass on messages. If I ran my business the way they do, I would be de registered and out of a job within days.

Kane and FOH staff went out of their way to offer support when our mobiles/NBN/ mobile broadband for the office went haywire, with plans etc. It was all sorted out, with no confusing and lengthy calls to the offshore service centre (for me anyway). Highly recommend these guys for all your business needs.

Woeful. Has been aweful to deal with for close to 3 years now. Thousands of dollars spent, and it was a stuff up from get go. We have 3 locations, wanted to move away from our previous nightmare of a system and these guys promised the work, especially for a growing business like ours. The handsets was old tech, system, old tech, they admitted they stuffed up, made an attempt at fixing the systems between stores, and never got it working to what it should have been. Have tried countless times to resolve the issue. Mistaking my thought because it was “Telstra” it would be good but absolute nightmare.

After being totally ignored by Telstra Belconnen Mall one phone call to Bharathy had my new phone organised and three other phone plans reorganised in under 15 minutes. Picked up my phone the next morning. Highly recommend the business centre and Special Mention to Bharathy for her prompt and efficient service.

Rebecca, who (I think) manages the store is not just a major hottie, she also sorts things out quickly in a friendly and efficient manner, even when juggling multiple customers at once..V. pleasant to deal with. :-)
