My Floortech floor vibrates and transmits so much noise kids upstairs wakes up baby sleeping below, this product does not meet Australian Standard AS2107-2000 Recommended Design Sound Levels for different areas of occupancy in buildings. The windows blinds shake and sound echos thru the entire house. This system is like a timber floor. Feels weak and may fatigue if kids jump in the bedrooms and can not convert the room into a gym in fear the suspended slab may crack and fail!

Their flooring system is the best I’ve found for allowing plumbing stacks, as we are able to get maximum grade on our 100mm pipes.We are able to get the design of the floor before construction therefore enabling us to design our system to suit the upper floor design.Because of their experience and professional design technology, I would have no hesitation in recommending Floortech as a preferred supplier.Ian Warne - General Manager
