Enjoyed the country experience. Location was great. Next to places like Mundairing Weir and great local pubs. Enjoyed Johns local knowledge and the taste of fresh eggs from his chooks which roamed free right outside our cabin. Enjoyed the food, accommodation did get quite cold at night. Will come back again.

Everything was perfect. Chalet clean. No trouble booking in or out. Most relaxing time. Next time will book more nights and bring food for the bbq. So quiet. Loved it. ❤❤

Host was friendly, location peaceful and room was clean. That's where the positives stop. The room was a tin room with no power points, we had to sit in the car to have a cigarette as there was no outdoor area nor any outdoor seating. The t.v. was very small and the aircon could not be adjusted at all. Next to the room was an old car, broken washing machine and other debris.The room smelt like a horses stable. Very disappointed. Could have got a lot better for $120per night. I booked because the photos looked nice but noticed the room we were given is not in any of the pictures.

John was enthusiastic and friendly, accommodation was great! beds comfortable, house clean, easy to use tv and a great central location! one the same road as Zia Park, so good place to stay if your horse riding

Chalets on Stoneville is a wonderful place for a get-a-way close to Perth. It is so peaceful up in the hills. The chalets are wonderful, very clean with all the facilities of a house. A large bathroom with a hot powerful spa. John is super friendly and welcoming and runs a fantastic business. We took advantage of the free minibus from the chalets to and from the Mundaring Hotel for dinner on Friday night, such a great service. We will be back. Thanks.

Good amenities spa,ac,shower,microwave WiFi TV DVD. (In Chalet 4) very peaceful.. enjoying my coffee outside in the early morn while kangas bounce freely past.. Moved to the city over 10year from a very similar environment... You feel the everyday stress slip away... Just don't follow google maps.. Enter Street address :)

We stayed here as we were attending a wedding, we arrived back there at ten o'clock at night to find that there was no power available in our chalet but lighting as the solar battery had been used up by a previous tenant. It was disappointing and very cold until the power turned back on at midnight.. The chalets themselves are very clean and tidy but to have paid for a previous customers usage was very upsetting. The owner was apologetic, however we did not get offered to have any of our money refunded and it was so cold that I couldn't sleep as I'm pregnant.. unfortunately would not return, even though it's in a lovely area.
