I needed a cleaner on short notice, select cleaning werribee came to my rescue with minimum fuss.I was very impressed with their professionalism and quality of work.They worked like a well oiled machine, kept time and respected my privacy.I look forward to working with them on an ongoing basis, highly recommend them.

I had picked this business thinking it would uphold it’s company’s values. They had set up a plan that a cleaner would come every second fortnight and I agreed to the day and time organised. I had clearly stated what I needed cleaning before hand, asked what was included in the clean and asked if I needed to provide any cleaning supplies. The response was that I didn’t need to provide any supplies the company use their own, they told me to let the cleaners know what to clean on arrival and I was told they would wear health and safety equipment etc mask.Three people turned up. Not the people I was told who was going to turn up. One of the ladies said they were sick. I wasn’t informed that two cleaners would clean my home. Beforehand I had told the person organising the clean that I had a newborn and Asked if the cleaners could wear masks and protective shoe wear. Anyway they turn up I asked that they remove their shoes as I have a baby that crawls on the floor or if they can wear shoe covers. They said no we can’t and we don’t have any shoe protectors. No one has ever worn shoes in the home because of cleanliness but these cleaners did. I was clearly disturbed and decided to go ahead with the clean. Throughout them cleaning the home they had asked to use my toilet brush or if I had any brushes for them to use.They had a max of two hours to clean two bathrooms vacuum and mop a two story home. The cleaners only vacuumed the bathrooms and mopped half of the kitchen before time ran out and they rushed out the door. They also cleaned one shower and left the other one. From two cleaners and two hours. One shower, two toilets, half mopped kitchen and vacuumed the bathrooms. This took two hours and it was still not clean. One of the cleaners left a stench in the home which did not smell nice. Before they rush out the lady that I think was the supervisor came and asked me for $10 in cash. I said I was told I would be sent an invoice and I could pay that way.Anyway it’s been over a month and no cleaners have turned up since without any notice. I was very polite and kind to the supervisor and cleaners and thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt until I post this review.The representative of the select company I spoke with was helpful. But the supervisor and the two cleaners that came that day to clean my home were very unprofessional and did not complete the job. They didn’t have enough cleaning products or supplies to use as they had to ask to use mine. And wore their shoes inside without protective wear.

Just awful. Too much to day I can't be bothered. Just walk the other way
