Poho Flowers Potts Point

I had a great experience with Poho recently. I ordered the Sweet Pea Posy ($100) for pickup, and was in a bit of a rush on the day. It was only until the next day I realised the arrangement looked quite clumped up and disappointing compared to the website photo.I brought this up with the team, and they fully acknowledged that my arrangement was not made as skillfully or delicately as it should have been. The past arrangements I have ordered have all been excellent, although mistakes happen, and this is understandable.The team was kind enough to make it up to me by delivering another arrangement of my choice straight to my door the next day, to the high quality that I have experienced in the past.Special thanks to Sean for his excellent assistance and customer service!

We are absolutely lovers of Poho to the point that we have to order flowers from them at every occasion. On my birthday this year, I received 6 bouquets from Poho - which truly is a testament to how much love we have for them. Their iconic blue wrapping is now a necessity in our every celebration. Their flowers are always so vibrant and fresh, we always have people gushing over them. We have just ordered another 4 bouquets for this week and very excited to see the result. Thanks Poho, Rachel

Not an expert but this is how it looks like the next day receiving the flowers. Kind of disappointed with the service of the past two purchases. The previous time they didn’t have my order ready for pickup despite I’ve placed it online 2 weeks prior. 2 stars are given the fresh flowers that they quickly prepared for me which were fresh, unlike the ones in this picture.—Thanks for the education Ed, I will definitely make to do that when I purchase from another shop. I did mention that the flowers were fresh last time but just not this time, to be honest I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t come back again. Perhaps if your shop were consistent, then you wouldn’t prefer to hear from me or seeing me “trashing” your shop on a public platform.

If you’re like me and you’re after a bouquet for a loved one, you can fully trust Poho to put together something stunning.I simply let them know of my budget, colour preference, and within 15 minutes this beauty was whipped up.Thanks for this amazing arrangement.Highly recommended!

A flower shop with a nice team who make beautiful bouquets using a selection of bright coloured flowers. It was my first time witnessing ‘reflexing’ roses which consist of peeling back the petals to give the rose a more voluminous shape. I bought three bouquets over three days to take to friends for various occasions and the bouquets were so beautiful, supported with heavy cardboard, a bright ribbon and a free card to write a message to the recipient. I let the team member know the amount of money I would like to spend and they go around selecting the flowers asking whether I am happy with the colours selected. I highly recommend Poho flowers.

The flowers here are spectacular. I recently ordered a large arrangement for a funeral/celebration of life and the brief was colourful, happy flowers with pinks and oranges. I didn't mention that the flowers were for a funeral, just that it was for a celebration.The consultant listened to everything I wanted (including tulips, camellias and poppies) and the arrangement was so beautiful. He was friendly, patient and gave great advice when some of the things I wanted might not suit the arrangement, which was appreciated.I have received a number of bunches delivered from Poho and have never been disappointed. They are stunning, last for well over a week (some even lasted for two weeks plus) and I would highly recommend Poho for anyone looking for beautiful flowers as a gift for someone else or yourself.

Poho florals for my wedding 27.3.21I knew poho were the only ones for my wedding after walking past their shop and glued to their flowers abs arrangementsI ended up ordering flowers after and continued to use them for when I needed flowers as giftsWhen planning my wedding I knew poho would be the right fit and they were.Inzali was great with communication the whole time and nailed the requirements and dream I had envisionedThe look was Italian summer in Amalfi. Had to suit a church wedding and reception at Otto woolloomooloo and it did. The colours were bright and fun to resemble the Amalfi coast where the colourful buildings cascade down into the ocean.If only you could of seen my reaction for my bouquet and when I saw the church entrance with the two flowers arches framing the entrance and then seeing the reception!Poho and Inzali are amazing. I cannot think of a better way to describe their work but wow!!Thank you so so much! I still dream about it!

This is the second time now I have received a disappointing bunch of flowers fromPoho. Wilting flowers within 12 hours. I follow care instructions however it’s evident that the flowers are not fresh, and for the price tag, they should be. Especially for Mother’s Day. So disappointed especially having to wait half an hour for them. Extremely poor quality
