If I could put negative stars I would. The rudest lady I have ever come across! Had her replace (my first mistake as alarm bells were ringing from the get go) a screen and home button on my 7 yr olds 8th gen iPad, the home button failed and moved from its position on the way home within 10 minutes. Not being able to return immediately, nor call to let them know (no phone number attached to the business) we returned a day later to a torrent of abuse, refusal to honour the warranty and demanding that we broke it. Disgusting behaviour hiding behind a masquerade of not understanding as the English is very poor here!!! it's only $80 but the principal is strong here so will be following this one through with Fair Trading.

Don’t come here. They say they open at 9 and still not there at 9:30. They don’t fix phones properly and their chargers don’t last a few weeks. Waste of money and time

Terrible. Expensive screen protectors and they crack instantly. I've been ripped off a few times!

Pretty good staff.

I had my girlfriend get her phone screen fixed here, which they did and then 2 hours later her whole phone went black and would not turn on. The company then tried to tell us it was a battery issue and we would need to pay for them to inspect it and also for the repair. I was saying how this is unreasonable as it was fine before the screen was replaced and then the lady started screaming at me telling me to leave the store. DO NOT COME HERE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

She sold me a wireless charger that didn't have any grip to hold the phone, so very precarious. The light was also too bright at night. I brought it back and she called it a change of mind even though the design is flawed and didn't provide a refund.
