Greencross Vets Upper Coomera

We have been taking our fur baby to Greencross Vets in Coomera (formally Anvet Coomera) since he was a puppy and always been very happy with the friendly and j knowledgeable staff. Recently Buddy's health deteriorated just shy of his 15th birthday. We had to take him in and we saw Mark. Unfortunately the diagnosis wasnt good and we had to put Buddy to sleep. Mark was outstanding and showed professionalism, respect and dignity to Buddy and compassion to both myself and my wife. Mark is a credit to his profession and demonstrated to us his understanding that Buddy wasnt just a pet to us and actually a part of our family. A big thanks to you Mark.. and everyone at Greencross Coomera for everything over the years

Charged $240 to be told our puppy had conjunctivitis i just searched the cost of eye oitment inline its $10.00 they charged $65. Provided no receipt or breakdown of cost.Basically they saw a,young person concerned about her pet and capitalised on this. Shame on you Green Cross Vet.

Highly recommend this surgery. We have not come across a single member of the team that isn't lovely however a big shout out goes to Shivaun and Marcia whom both always go above and beyond in their care of our animals. We appreciate the kindness and thoughtful care that you guys deliver.

Amazing staff, they were able accomodate an emergency appointment for my cat (they were the 6th clinic I called). Dr Shivani was very thorough with diagnosis and treatment.

Very disappointed with the way they handled our little puppies vaccinations. Our first visit to them they told us that our puppy will need another vaccination after today and that's the last one. On arrival for third vaccination they gave him a booster then said come back after 3 weeks for his last one. When I asked why as I was told this was the last on, they said they that's how it is. After speaking with other vets he was only to get 3 vaccinations in total. When my other vet enquired they told them I had a option. This was a total lie and I feel cheated. During this hard times people are struggling to pay bills and here Greencross is taking money like there is no other bills to pay. Honesty is all I wanted and had to pay a price for it. Spoke with other dog owners and some had the same experience. Do just a heads up do your research before going to them.

An absolutely amazing experience. My cat was sick and required surgery. The whole staff from the front desk, Nurse to the Vet were empathetic, calming and reassuring. Thanks a mil team, you're more than amazing!

Have been taking my small dog to Greencross for 10 years now. Management at Coomera in my opinion has deteriorated over the last year.Firstly, the internet in the building had unresolved problems that caused routine email communication issues with members. Software was interrupted it seems and apparently could not handle the management external communication requirements.Secondly, they were out of stock of one of the C5 annual vaccination components (I think it's called 5C or C5). Not notified when stocks arrived resulting in the kennels refusing my small dog when we were to go on holiday. Cancellation of our first holiday since COVID was annoying.Thirdly over the counter medication was not available in store and when it did arrive was 25% over the basic on-line cost. Had to pay for it in advance.Fourthly the electric front entrance door is broken and has a mind of its own; either opens and closes randomly or does not open at all.Greencross appear to me to be more interested in money than our pets.This is my experience; others may have better experience.I EMPHASISE THAT THIS IS REFLECTION ON MANAGEMENT NOT THE PROFESSIONAL VETINARIANS.

Thank you so much for saving my puppy.I came in Saturday morning with my puppy, she was really sick.The team at Greencross Vets Upper Coomera squeezed us in even though they had really busy day and provided great care to my puppy. They also gave us the follow up message if my puppy is feeling better next day. Thanks a lot
