Rosy Nails

Had a mani pedi with shellac polish. They arent very friendly. They cost alot. The female owner painted my nails and it hasnt been a week and they are chipped and cracked. She was also really rude. I will never go back here.

chipped nails within 24 hours of getting a pedicure using shellac. Bubbles under nail polish. Prices change every time I go.

As I arrived they insisted cash only. I went in for a simple shellac job. Once finished there was bubbles on my nails and nail colour was not smooth. Day 2 and nails have cracked and paint coming off.

Very disappointed with my pedicure...didn't cut nails back as I requested....just normal polish...not shellac...and got charged $50!! And had to pay cash. Won't be going back....a rort!!

Went in to get an infill and my daughter's toe nails painted. After waiting for so long they finally got started, and I ended up with this SLOPPY MESS. To add to this they told me they couldn't paint my daughter's nails because normal polish would take 1-2 hours to dry. What a joke!!! Now I have to go elsewhere tomorrow to get my french nails repainted because it looks like a 3 year old did them. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! By far the worst nail salon I've been to and I will never return!

A big shout out to Anna, I absolutely love your work, your time and how professional you are. I highly recommend Anna especially when it comes to designs. She also makes me feel welcome and always has a smile on her face..!!!

I had been going to rosy nails for over 4 years or since they opened in Gregory hills. Initially the service was amazing but have noticed it slowly declining - rushed and not quality work. I went to get my nails done today after not having them done since before I had my daughter, I had removed my nails except 3 which I couldn’t get off. I had a full set and Shellac and according to their price list it would be $55 all together.After finishing my nails I was told the amount was $75. When I questioned this I was told it was $10 to remove three nails ! And an additional $10 because my nails are long. I’m sorry but these are not long, I’ve had longer previously and was never charged. The lady I questioned seemed to keep changing the rationale as to why they were charging me an extra $20. In the end I just ended up paying then $75 because I had to get home but I will not be returning ever again, and from what I seen on others reviews this isn’t the only time they are changing prices to suit them - not to mention asking for cash when they have a working eftpos machine.I’ll be taking my business elsewhere - very disappointing

I had my nails done on a Saturday (french SNS), and by the following morning all my nails had shattering through the SNS.I called the salon on Monday morning and was told they can only re-do my nails within 3 days of my first visit and that they will not refund my money. Basically told me its my fault as they do not know what I've done to cause the shattering...Terrible customer service. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!!

I went here not even two weeks ago, nails looked ok! By not even a week into having them on one came off went back to get it fixed with no charge.Which was nice of them then a few days later another one came off I was like great I just got one fixed I was so worried about more coming off after I spent $55-$60 and had to pay cash because that’s what they said I had to pay !!!!Please don’t go here because you spend so much money for them just to fall off not even a week into having them on!!!The girls where very nice they just need a lot more training I think .
