A massive thanks to Steve and his team for building the perfect little granny flat for my Mum in our backyard! From the first time we walked into Steve's display home to the last time he walked out of my Mum's new house Steve provided a very professional yet personal service. There were three of us (myself, my Mum and my husband) involved in the whole process, we had shopped around a few different companies but once we met Steve and saw his product it was an easy unanimous decision. He communicated effectively, delivered everything when he said he would and expertly navigated often conflicting design and building ideas that the three of us had! Steve and his team at Coastwide Grannyflats delivered exactly what we asked for. I can't count how many changes we made to the standard floor plan and how many additional requests we made of Steve and his team...nothing was ever a problem!! Steve was easy going, professional and focused on delivering exactly what we wanted for mum's new home. We added ducted AC, marble-look tiles, disabled access and support rails, ceiling fans throughout, security lights, a covered patio and adjoining garage with internal access to the house...all to help my 83yr old mother feel comfortable. Steve thought of everything...right down to the doorbell, and still delivered the home on time as promised (along with a lovely bottle of wine and a big smile)! Highly recommended!!

Steve & the boys have built numerous granny flats for clients over the years & I cannot fault their product & build process!
