Claire & Alphonse are terrific people to deal with. My main communication has been with Claire. She is very approachable & easy to talk to. If there's ever something I'm not happy with, or want done a particular way; she encourages her clients to let her know; and they change/rectify things immediately.Unlike some previous companies I have used; they don't treat their clients with judgement or a They're just a fussy person" attitude.When I moved here there were big bare patches of dirt in the yard.Alphonse seems to be very particular & takes pride in his work. Thanks to him
