Highly recommend Modern Design wardrobes. They are very professional in their dealings and deliver exactly what they promise and at the price they promise (even though we changed couple of things). They kept me posted throughout the process and the quality of finish was perfect. Rafaat and Sara were very professional in their dealings and were there to help whenever we needed it. Great to support such an amazing business. We are very happy with the outcome.

The experience was great from start to finish. Raafat came round to measure and quote and explained everything very clearly. The installation was seamless. Only did one wardrobe the first time but we are now getting our other wardrobe done and getting a pantry put in. Also very competitively priced.

First of all, thank you Nader for your help building my dream walk-in wardrobe! He finished the installation in few hours! Pretty quick job that by himself, even he came 4 hours late! But I'm satisfied with with result. Thank you once again Nader. The thing is the measurement wasn't quite precise because it did by different person. So there is some gap on the back of the wardrobe. Perhaps one day the installer also can do the measurement as well.

One line summary: my built-ins are defective but the installer's repair solutions are unsatisfactory and the company will not back repairs or provide a refund, although they are legally obligated to do so under the consumer guarantee.Here goes my saga: my custom built-ins were installed on 15/03/21. Great Customer Service. We got recommended by our neighbor and liked what we saw. From the measurement to visiting the showroom, the wardrobe was ready for installation within a few days. Had a minor issue, no fault of MDW, with our lockable drawers and this got resolved no fuss. Wonderful people to deal with with excellent communication and professional installation. Big shout out to everyone at Modern Design Wardrobes. From the beginning Fay was a delight to deal with in the office, Sandeep and the gents who designed, measured, delivered and then installed were so friendly and professional. I was particularly grateful for the ideas and suggestions made to overcome some of our space limitations. Working with them allowed me to turn my vision into a reality all for very competitive price. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

Customer service is excellent. We had Raafat as a customer representative and he was just fantastic. Great communication and advice, everything was always on time. Good quality and affordable prices. We are planning to do more projects with this company.
