I was looking for hours for last minute same day delivery in the Lake Mac area. I requested a special balloon bouquet for a 3yr old bday and they did not disapoint. Worth calling them for special requests as it was not in their gallery. Thank you guys the delivery was absolutely beautiful. Great value for money. Great service. Over and above expectations ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I called them at 11:15am on Valentine’s Day (today) and asked if they could deliver some birthday flowers to a venue in 1hrs time and they did it !! Fantastic product and service. Lady on the oboe was very helpful, kind and accommodating

The only team to use in Toronto, even Newcastle.No haphazard arrangements, all clearly made with love by professionals. Great range and prices, while still showing every dollar spent in beautiful packaging, speedy delivery and top tier customer service.After placing an order overnight, they reached out to me immediately the following day to make sure everything was exactly as I'd want it, and to triple check the card message.Great work guys, thank you for your hard work, it can be hard to find such a great florist and I'm really glad we did.

Very Disappointed. Paid over $100 for 3 mums and some lillys and greenery. Didn't call to say the flowers spoken about weren't available. Apparently when asking how much the flowers were individually was told you pay for their time and wrapping. Buyer beware if its phone order sight unseen - ask for photos.

Had 4 helium letter balloons filled and 2 deflated as soon as I arrive home, went back to speak to the lady and she was extremely rude and offered no help whatsoever. I paid just under $50 for 4 balloonsDefinitely overpriced and horrible customer service.You did not offer to refill them and you told me they would last a day or two not 15 minutesThe packaging stated they were helium quality

Absolutely disgusted- Father’s Day order accepted and NOT Delivered. The delivery date accepted by their online system was the 5th September. Not only was this date available to be selected, I also got a confirmation email stating “delivery date: 5th September” . When the flowers didn’t arrived I was told “we never deliver on Sunday” . My dad waited all day to receive nothing from his daughter on Father’s Day.
