Very underwhelmed by the service offering received at Spot. There is clearly a structured system that they follow and I appreciate that for some kids that may be suitable, but we were after someone who was going to take the time to understand our child and cater the development to them specifically. Our Speech Pathologist was also very young and arguably not as experienced, yet the cost was very high. In our initial Spot sessions we answered a lot of the same questions repeatedly and it felt like we were being pushed down the wrong path. We have since sought the services of a local Speech Therapist and had a great result. I think the idea of Spot is good, but they have a lot of work to compete with face-to-face offering and the many experienced operators that exist in the industry.

The amazing team at SPOT Rural, especially our speechie Heidi have assisted our son to develop his language, literacy and social skills from the comfort of our own home. M loves his sessions with Heidi. As a rural family we have a choice of accessing a quality service at our finger tips without travelling a round trip of over 400km to our nearest regional town. The SPOT Rural team are very accomodating and we are very grateful for finding and being able to access this wonderful service. Every child no matter where they live should be able to access therapy if needed. Thank-you Heidi for providing our rural children with access to high quality sessions and caring about our Bush kids. I would highly recommend the services provided by the SPOT Rural team.

An absolutely wonderful service that has made a HUGE difference to our sons education. We just could not have accessed allied health services in person due to our remote location, SPOT Rural has been a game changer :)
