LUSH Cosmetics Erina Fair

I walked in and straight away was attended to by a lovely young man, Zac, who directed me to exactly what I needed. He also gave me lots of information about what I was buying and the ingredients. A great customer experience! Very happy with my body butter scrub bar.

Went in for a gift today & was helped by the lovely Hailey who was so friendly & informative. Such a great shopping experience & just a really nice interaction. To be honest they are always lovely in the Erina store just particularly great this time!

Just had the most amazing experience at your Erina store with Haylee.She greeted me within 10 seconds of entering the store, she was so warm and bubbly, and i left feeling like i'd known her for much longer then 10 minutes.I am in retail myself and really appreciate exceptional customer service, and this was as good as it gets! I will be returning to lush Erina to buy many more products for Christmas. Thank you Haylee!

I was served by Sam and her team today and they are such a lovely group of people and they really turned my day around - helpful and knowledgeable the store was lovey clean and everything was great

I’m not too sure of the workers names but i came in an hour ago enquiring about a body spray and they were so apologetic about it being sold out just before i have and so thankful for the the worker came to give me the rest of the sample of the spray, i could of cried by their kind gesture! Thank you!!

Went in today to buy gifts for family over seas, was served by a lovely young man & spoke to a lovely woman, although they didn’t have what I came in to get (fairy dust line, I was unaware it was a seasonal product) they advised me all the stores would be out of stock, they were very helpful in assisting me to find similar products & were very patient while I chose a number of extra items to purchase.I don’t often write reviews, but I strongly believe exceptional service should be commended hence this review.Keep up the fantastic work!

Was served by a lovely girl at the Erina store today. On the receipt it says I was serve by Andrea so I'm hoping that's her name! She was so helpful and knew what products would be good for my skin. I have noticed that the staff at Lush stores across Newcastle and the Central Coast are always friendly and make shopping at Lush a good experience. The products are also fantastic!

The staff are absolutely wonderful. I went in to buy a gift for my friend, and the staff working were super accommodating. My day was instantly brightened because of how helpful and friendly they all were.I hope they get told how wonderful they are on a regular basis. Thank you for providing such a lovely atmosphere :)

Katie is an amazing employee and made my experience so good, I will definitely come back if not for the products for her. I know that lush has not been open for an excessive amount of time but today I went in to look for a face mask for my acne and I found cosmetic warrior and as I was going to the front to buy my mask I ran into her and she asked if I was getting it for my acne and I told her I was. She proceeded to tell me about mask of magnesium and how it is much more gentle and smells more pleasant and how that is the mask her husband who has acne uses. Later she ended up giving me a large tester of not only mask of magnesium but also tester of the happy skin exfoliater. She was so lovely and made my experience so good. She didn’t try to sell me anything other than what I was buying and offered testers instead but I know that I will come back and buy the full sizes of what she suggested.
