Excellent service, tradesmen were very friendly and helpful to the cause. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Just called them to book in someone to quote on Aircon, throughout our home, and was told by a very rude abrupt lady no they cant do it for weeks" so i said that is fine can i book it in for a few weeks time

Terribly managed company... The owner is an accountant, not an electrician so it's ran that way.Manager attempted to blame me for his failed design despite me telling him multiple times of the cheaper alternatives.Also spoke terribly of apprentices and other colleagues. I quit on the spot, I was not sacked or made redundant. despite what the below comment states.I work in the mining industry and make four times what Harper's tried to pay me. You dont earn what I'm on because you have bad quality of workmanship. Nice try mate

Quick reply, good customer service however, very very expensive. I have had 2 ceiling fans not working and needed 2 cheap receivers and a remote. Labour to do this was apparantly 4.5 hours!!! I have paid this, but I will not use them again, neither would I recommend them.

I will never go back to this place !Got a quote for a job - Fault detection and 2 GPO installationI said I need them there Saturday as I am not there . they said min 3 hours - $330 + GST they said this is penalty rateElectrician attended on Saturday fixed the fault in 40 min and said can not install GPO as its raining and he need to remove the sheet in roof. he said its 1 hour job and he return another day and do it.It took weeks finally came and fixed it and send a bill of $800 and mentioned this is 2 job - they are going to charge me $400 extra as job was not completed on the day due to rain.Mike the business owner said you have to pay $400 extra just because job was not completed due to rain.Your electrician never explained there will be extra charge and you also never sent a quote about the second visit. you need to provide evidence for the quote for second visit if you are claining something.I explained I am planning to take it to ombudsmen to investigate this further .
