Express Cuts

As I walked into the store with my kids the lady yelled out 'Shut up' across the room to another staff member, very inappropriate. I just stood there for a few minutes before being acknowledged. When she finally got to cutting the boys hair she called them winghy as they were a bit upset (FYI a haircut can be a bit scary for a 2 year old) the haircut was awful. We had a cut at Christmas time as well where they did a really good job but based on this cut will not go back

I have been going to these guys for 5 years. I usually get my haircut done every fortnight and every time i go its always a great experience. The girls there are very friendly, nice, they make you laugh, they make you welcome. My favorite is the Asian Filipino lady that cuts my hair. She has a beautiful smile and always greets me and always makes me feel welcome, she even asks how my day is going, Its rare to get that type of treatment these days so this is why i love going to this place, not only that she makes me laugh and she does a fantastic job cutting my hair. shes always spot on. the place is very friendly. i would recommend it to a lot of people. Its worth a shot for sure.

Go here every month they do a great job for $20 what a great price .Have the Buzz cut

Went in for a trim for my daughters. (4 years old) as my regular hairdresser is hard to get into. My first daughter was done within 1 minute then they are willing to take $20 for what didn't even look like a simple trim. What a joke of a salon. Don't waste your time or $$

I had a hair cut and it was a disgusting experience. Because I was of Indian origin I was badly treated by these 3 Asian women from South-east. My hair cut was done against my directions and when I complained, all the three ladies started to abuse. They used very abusive and vulgar language like f..k off.Don't recommend to any person from Indian origin.

After waiting for 20 mins, the staff told me that she wouldn’t give my toddler a haircut just because he was crying and that there were 2 other customers after me. Didn’t even bother giving my toddler a chance to calm down! The staff totally disrespected me and disregarded me as a customer - Worst place ever and absolutely horrendous service! Wouldn’t go back even if they offered me a free service, there are various better places within Westfield Airport West! Don’t bother going there

I wish I had read the reviews before cutting my daughters hair. I just wanted a simple trim. The lady didn't even wet her hair, she sprayed on some conditioner and barely brushed it. She took all of 5 minutes and we were done. I didn't think to check it while we were there, then later noticed her hair was uneven. I returned and showed her but she said it's meant to be like that and it was even. It was longer on either end and shorter in the middle. I don't know in which country that is considered straight but she was rude, so I just left and fixed it at home for her. Definitely won't be returning to this place ever!

Some staff members are rude and disrespectful. We only used to go there for my little son's haircut as he was comfortable with the same person doing his haircut for 2-3 times in a row. So we asked if she was available, the other staff lady replied arrogantly and told us to come back another day when she would be available. We will Never go back there again.

Ladies do not get your hair cut here. Should’ve read the reviews prior, simple trim with face framing turned out choppy and uneven. So disappointed have to go to another hairdresser to fix it.
