Petrest Pet Cremation

Our little Poppy came home today. THANKYOU a beautiful piece for our baby girl.

Last week, Dillon my 14 year old Maltese Terrier crossed over the rainbow bridge.As having a big family, I decided to cremate him and keep in a photo box along with some keepsake pendants that each of us could have. Within only 6 days, Petrest had him back home and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome of this beautiful service! They made this difficult time much more bearable and to have him home with us now makes the fam complete again!

At time of immense grief and loss with passing of our dog Geordie, the team at pet rest were compassionate, caring and always communicative. I can’t thank them enough for the care and comfort they provided our family at the loss of our dog and the honour and respect they took with his body and returning or his ashes. One phone call and they managed everything with ease and kindness.

Thank you so much for the lovely touches you added to my special Pirate’s ashes. I happened to be walking to the pub for dinner when I collected him from the vet, so we are having a final drink together! ❤️

Unfortunately when our beloved 5yr old cat Dave died unexpectedly I really did not know who to turn to. When I rang Petrest they were compassionate and professional and helped me with all arrangements. Their care also was shown in the little things,like remembering Daves name in all our interactions. We decided on the white stone and we’re happy with the selection. Highly recommend.

I had my longest living mouse finally rest last week, dying in his sleep after 2.5 years and I wanted to commemorate him in a Special way. The wooden box with a golden plate with his name was just the right thing. It is beautiful and great quality. These guys dont stuff around when it comes to making it Special. The price is fairly cheap compared to other companies and they dont charge extra for the urns unlike many who do. In the past I have had managed to only get a cardboard scatter box from other companies as a lot of places charge extra for a proper urn. They are empathetic & signify your pets name throughout the whole process. When the guy came to pick him up, he didnt just collect him and leave, he stayed around and made time to ensure you say your goodbyes and converse with you. Very professional from the phone consult to the pick up and drop off service. I highly recommend Petrest Parramatta. You wont find any other good quality for an affordable price.

Our adored dog Zali passed away last week, just before Christmas. Gabby and the Petrest team allowed us to bring her in personally and showed us every care and consideration. At every stage, they did exactly what they said they could and would do. To lose such an important family member just before Christmas is hard and would have been devastating had Petrest not stepped in to help us out. We are sad beyond belief to lose her, but grateful that she was well treated and is now back with us.

A friend recommended Petrest, who they'd used recently for their dog. I found Petrest very professional and easy to deal with from start to finish. They're understanding about your loss and make it easy for you to have your loved fur baby cared for. They arranged for collection the day I rang on the Wednesday and returned the urn on the Friday - they were very accommodating. I had my little girl put in a rock urn and it has a plaque on it with her name, DOB and the date when she passed - it's beautiful. I highly recommend Petrest and will use them again.
