Can’t speak for anyone else as I’ve seen some pretty shocking reviews here but my experience with them. They are great! Customer service is spot on…. I needed to talk to the manager, I rang the ladies gave my number .. the next day I messaged asking if he had got my message which he did but he was flat out yesterday so he called me in the morning the day after to sort my conundrum…You 1 stars must have been rude people? Or perhaps been scammed because I had a very good experience with this shop… well done. Will happily come back and recommend

5/5 stars got an iPhone 12 for an affordable price. Great customer service workers were very friendly and helpful. One of the workers Lily was of great assistance and help when I needed to transfer my data and iCloud to my new phone and got the job done quick.

Completely fraudulent. Took my payment for a new iPhone and promised delivered pre Christmas, they never shared any tracking details and now have blocked me on messenger and refuse to reply to any communications. Outright thieves who I will need to pursue legal action against, avoid at all costs and disregard the fake reviews they have posted about themselves

What a wonderful experience getting my husband’s iPhone sorted out. Lily took so much time and trouble to work through all the issues and was so kind and patient. Thoroughly professional with genuine customer care. Highly recommend 10/10

I am very happy to provide this review. Rio and Sid were extremely helpful when I sold my iPhone and then needed to transfer data from iOS to an Android device. Great customer service and pleasant to deal with on all levels. I would certainly deal with both guys again without hesitation. Prices would be difficult to match and their shop is well set out and everything is easy to view.Well done! Definitely deserve 5 stars :)

Wow! If only all shopping experiences were as friendly and professional as at CellAphone. Both Amisha and Lily are extremely knowledgeable and are eager to assist. I might add that the price of my new phone was some $300 cheaper than advertised elsewhere. Will definitely be back!

Love the customer service at this store. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Traded in my iphone 7+ for iPhone X and was the best decision I made. Lily one of the staff there gave me a great deal. The whole team there is awesome! Make sure to visit, no other deals out there like theirs.
