Outstanding Customer service!Linda and Colin show a level of passion in their family business and customer service that is rare to find in any industry in this day and age.My experience: I bought a car from them, which I am very happy with. Shortly after leaving the yard, I had a component fail on the vehicle. It was something that could go at anytime on a vehicle, without warning. I called Linda and let her know. She was very apologetic and as fast as practically possible had the vehicle back at the yard and up on the hoist with a mechanic analysing the issue. To replace the part was not a small job. Colin and the mechanic had it done within the next few days with a brand new part. I couldn’t be happier with the response. I picked up the vehicle again, took it camping, on a mini road trip and put a thousand kms on it.Would recommend the business to anyone who wants piece of mind, knowing it’s not going to be a head ache, should the unforeseeable occur when purchasing a vehicle. Also just generally nice people to deal with.
