Amazing!!! We would highly recommend Oliver, Henny and their team if you are looking for a someone to help with purchasing a place esp if you are a FHB. From the very beginning, at the point of identifying a place we wanted, Henny guided us on the next steps and did due diligence on the place - pros and cons, taking into account what we could or could not do to the property in future and appraised the property. Oliver then guided us on the auction/offer process and helped with negotiation, securing the first property we shortlisted!Both Oliver and Henny are very experienced and have a good understanding of the pulse especially in the current market where listings are low. If I had my time over, I’d have contacted Henny & Oliver 12 months earlier than I did. We thought we could do it ourselves, but I don’t believe we would have landed our property without them.
