Jess M is absolutely amazing at her job, she noticed I was nervous and talked me through the process of ear piercing and made sure they lined up properly before performing the procedure. An absolute professional at her job, I had such a wonderful experience with her. I could not recommend her enough.

Reena was absolutely lovely. She was calming and sweet, and did such a thorough job. She knew her procedure and facts well, and made waxing bearable! Such a great employee. Definitely will be coming back for other services.

Last week my daughter had her ears pierced for the second time after the first attempt last year left her with a 5 to 10mm scare. After 6 months of healing she tried again. A week on we are having it surgically removed due to the infection being so bad it had swallowed the stud. We took her back before going for her procedure to show the staff the problem. We were told to come back after as the manager was on her way in.After a $190 bill from the doctor we took her back and were offered a refund for the piercing. At no point did the manager acknowledge our presence. We asked if they were willing to do the the right thing and cover the medical bill and were told no. So after 2 attempts and a medical bill we have no pierced ears and a cost of over $250 even after the refund for the second attempt.I find the the complete disregard of this issue by the manager appalling and I hope they reach out after reading this.Sometimes principle kicks in which it has for me, therefore I am willing to take this further if need be.Least to say I'm not happy and neither is my 11 year daughter.

Jess was absolutely amazing. I walked in booked for eyebrow wax and tint and left with amazing eyebrows and a nose piercing, which is something I’ve wanted for ages.Jess was super caring and walked through everything before doing it. Can’t have asked for better.

I had a wonderful experience with Teji and Jess, who did my waxing and eyelash lift. Teji was very gentle when waxing, and it was as painful free as waxing can be. Jess did a fantastic job with my eyelashes, they came out really lifted and curled! 100% will be booking in with those two girls again
