Should have read reviews thoroughly before booking and nominating Duke Gordon as our new GP. Horrible experience with this doctor. Had so much opinions and was uncaring and had a lot to say about my previous GP without knowing my history.Reading the reviews it seems to be the norm with him, so unsure why this doctor is still in this facility.Avoid this GP at all costs. He may be the only available GP at a short notice and there is a reason for it.Off to find a new one and hoping I get someone with bedside manners and is kind.Will try another doctor in this facility before moving on. It is just not worth the angst in addition to dealing with medical issues.Disgusting behaviour! I hope it gets addressed.

I saw Prof Lee whom I've seen a number of times before at the Cottage Medical Centre in Grovedale but this time at the near premises. He is always kind, honest, professional and caring and I feel well supported by his care and advice. Melissa, the receptionist was warm, professional and efficient. The rooms are large and well lit and the car park underneath the building is great for protection from the elements. It made the longer than usual trip a pleasure.

Beautiful new modern clinic was clean and quiet, the greenery adding a relaxed resort indoor/outdoor feel. Excellent and efficient having compound chemist, pathology, radiology and other drs and specialists plus a cafe for those extra long wait times..

This is a very rare medical facility. It was warm, spacious, clean with a bright cheerful atmosphere. Staff was very helpful. Nice parking!

This was my first visit to this clinic and my first impressions were positive. The new building is inviting and well-lit; the reception staff that greeted me were welcoming, friendly and polite. I cannot say the same for the doctor I had the misfortune to see. He was the only one available for several days. I have not been left wondering why. Duke Gordon was nothing short of rude and insensitive. As a new patient, I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. A doctor who failed to introduce himself called me in after a 20-minute wait. He made derogatory comments about the health professional who had requested his assistance in treating me. His examination of me was rough and hurt me. I left in tears, without anything I came for and was charged for an extended consultation when I was back in reception in 7-8 minutes from being called in. An extended consultation is 15 or 20 minutes, depending on the medical clinic. I certainly do not mind paying for a service provided if it is fair and reasonable; however, I strongly object to the rude, impatient treatment I received. Duke Gordon showed no empathy and his arrogant treatment has resulted in my need to seek an alternative opinion at a further cost. Patients beware!!

I just met dr duke a few days ago. He was lovely and I felt comfortable straight away. He was thorough with the consultation. Nice guy over all. I’ll be going back. Thanks duke.Cathy

Had a very good experience with this clinic. Very helpful and friendly staff at reception. I was travelling and only staying in Torquay for one night but I could have an appointment right away. The doctor helped me very well. Very clean. Would absolutely recommend this clinic.

I really like Doctor Bettine Schaefer. Very thorough and has a warm, caring manner. Clinic is brand new, large spaced out waiting area and lots of parking (including undercover parking), which is terrific.

Great experience. I was a walk in. Friendly pleasant & professional reception services. Gap pricing & Medicare rebate costs were clear up front.Nice to be able to get an appointment within a very short timeframe. Appointed Dr was fantastic. Very understanding listened and attentive with a professional caring & comfortable manner. Being able to have pathology and imaging services onsite was fantastic as it saved a lot of running around.The follow up after test results and communication has been sensational.Highly recommend this facility & services.
