Im Lisa. 2 weeks ago I met “Melissa” who did my first ever time nails at Rainbow. She was very friendly and we talked for the whole time she worked her magic on my nails. I went back for infill today and Melissa asked “Ai” to do my nails this time. Ai was amazing and very lovely and she did exactly what I asked for…. Short but pretty nails for me. I’m no hand model, but I’m very happy with their service. Best nails I’ve had done in Grand Central…. And I have tried them all.

My girls and I love coming here to have out nails done. The staff are lovely and do such a good job!! Plus it's so convenient in Grand Central.

The service here was really poor, with unfriendly staff, bordering on the rude, and lack of consideration for customer needs. A real let down. To top thing up, they slap you with a 5% surcharge on card payments. Would not recommend at all.
