Very shady. Everytime I've taken jewelry to be appraised around Melbourne, here they quote a price three times higher then any other jeweler. Look elsewhere

I have visited this jewellery shop a few times over the last week & I can highly recommend both the jeweller, Sarkis & his assistant. They were very professional in their work, the job was done & on time for the exact quote I was given. I had a ring dipped with white gold & looked amazing, along with cleaning & then valuations for my jewellery, again the valuation was on time. Give them a visit - it will be worth it!

I had my Rolex watch fully serviced here and when I got it back it’s like brand new. Very thorough work. My watch is working really well and looks amazing.

We got our engagement ring here & the lady was very attentive, friendly and cooperative.We wanted something that wasn't available in store so she gladly did a custom job for us and had it ready to be picked up within a week! Thank you again and definitely recommend this place to anyone in the vicinity :)Very happy.

The woman behind the counter is pushy, rude and tells untruths.They are very expensive and unethical. I'll never return there and will advise friends/relatives to keep clear.

Do NOT enter this shop. They are lying unethical thieves. I STUPIDLY took my Cartier watch in to get the battery replaced. Instead of replacing the battery they removed the movement, filed out the back and put in the movement of another watch. Surprisingly the watch worked for a few years and I was none the wiser. It no longer works and I cannot get it repaired. This watch cost over $6000 and is now only worth what I can get for the bracelet. Unfortunately I cannot prove they did what they did however I am going to report them to the police regardless. The only reason I clicked on one star is that I couldn't post this review without it. I hope karma gets them somehow.

I was ready to purchase diamond earrings but I ended up leaving with nothing because of the rude woman who was serving me. They almost didn't let me through the door because I had my baby with me in a pram and she pretending she couldn't open the door. She was not only rude but dishonest and making up prices on the spot. She had no idea about the size of the diamonds and was lying about the sizes and quality and trying to force me to buy right then and there with cash and almost yelling at me! I would rather pay double elsewhere. The owner needs to know who is being hired, you really should replace your staff as you lost good money today.

*DO NOT BRING YOUR ENGAGEMENT RING HERE*I hate to leave a negative review, but I have been so let down by this jeweler. I brought in my brand new (very fine and delicate) engagement ring in to be made half a size bigger. On the spot the man took my ring to the back and I could here him bashing at the ring with some kind of tool to make it larger, he then brought it back and I quickly tried it on for size, it was bigger and the size I wanted. He told me to come back in a few days, as he just needed to polish it. After coming back to collect it, the shop was busy and I was quickly given my ring and charged over $100. Inspecting the ring at home: the whole band had been bashed out of shape, leaving the diamond shoulders uneven and the ring completely wonky. It was not polished and had been scratched (I truly believe he hadn't even looked at it again from our first meeting when he bashed it).I have since been to two jewelers to try and rectify this disaster, the first did not want to touch it in fear of the diamonds falling out and the second done a great job of getting it 80% back in shape. Both were in absolute awe of the damage he done.I am absolutely appalled at the lack of respect this man had for such a meaningful piece of jewelry to a young women. To charge a high price for cowboy work. Shame on you.

Under no circumstances will I ever set foot in this shop again. They are completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. The repairs cost me a small fortune and he didn't do what he said he'd do. They are very charming when you take your repair in to them, make lots of promises at the time but then don't deliver. I was told my necklace was worth over $3500. Turns out it was $350. I'm sure he told me this just so I'd pay an exorbitant price for the repair. When I queried why he hadn't completed the job he said it would be too expensive. I then had it repaired at another jeweller for $40.
