Lady has to fix my toe 3 times leaving nail polish all around my foot. Also all my nails where cut unevenly and on a slant. Expensive and over pricedDo not recommend.

If I could give this a no star I would. Booked I’m for 2 full sets of nails and a child’s nail paint. Our child’s nail polish had peeled off before we left the shop so she had them redo and by time we walked to our car 4 more had fallen off. We were charged 35$ and when made a complaint they said that she was picking at her nails ( she wasn’t). They also forgot to write on a gift card that was given to us as a Christmas present so they wouldn’t accept it. Even though we had shown when it was purchased and how much was spent on it. Overall horrible place to go to. We were charged 95 dollars for a full set, making our overall cost 225$. She was telling us that she ripped 2 gift cards out by accident but that was the only purchased. Do not go here what so ever. Save your money.

My daughter wanted French tips, but received all white except for a small clear section at the base of the nail. The lady was rough and clearly did not want to do her nails. I went back in with her and asked for them to paint them all white to fix up the shoddy French Tip job. Not worth $60. Will not be going back.

I had previously seen Kathy’s Nails a few times before. I have never been as unhappy as I was today. I don’t typically leave negative reviews, however this is called for.My friend & I were invited to sit down for a pedicure. Not much conversation was given, which is standard. However, within 3 minutes of sitting down my technician started to razor my feet. Within the first swipe, I was bleeding. She had taken a chunk out of my heel & tried to brush it off. She tried to make me out my foot in the water, which I initially did before saying “no that stings”. The water now had blood in it, as well as it dripping over the bowl. Instead of changing the water, she used the water to wash the blood back into the bowl & left my foot in there.I let her know my foot was still bleeding, she put a band-aid on my wet foot which fell off. No disinfectant was offered, she didn’t change her gloves nor disinfect the tools. She even went & took someone’s payment without changing her gloves!Not a single utensil that is used is new or disinfected. In fact, they are shared between the technicians.At the end of the service I was offered a $10 discount, bringing the service to $45. My friend who I was with let me know that she was only charged $45, so they were trying to get away with a fake discount. The overall service was poorer than usual. I have gone from someone who recommended Kathy’s to someone who has now told people to avoid it.

Wanted manicure and pedicure (admittedly I don’t have the best nails and cuticals), no attention to detail and everything was rushed. Uneven application with bubbling, technician wanted to add more layers over already thick application. I was offered a $10 voucher for my next visit, which I declined and gave back.

DONT GO HERE!! Go to Pink salon instead!!!! Extremely rude. Rushed job on both mine and my daughter's feet.was speaking about me in their own language. I suffer diabetes and have issues within my feet. Was really rough and rushed. She literally did my feet within 15mins from sitting down. Overcharged as well. Even though we used a $20 gift voucher. My daughter got shellac and I got regular polish, was charged $60 with the $20 voucher. Both of our feet are not done properly at all!!!

Terrible! My nails were different shapes,they gave me acrylics and I didn’t even want them. I got my nails done for graduation and had to rip them off cause they did the wrong colour. Overall horrible customer service and went and got a water for herself in the middle of doing my nails
